1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 177det ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services provided at 177det. These Terms apply to all aspects of the Platform including, but not limited to, the casino games lobby, the sportsbook, promotional programs, the payment cashier, and all customer support interactions.

By completing the registration process and creating a 177det account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are uncertain about any provision, you should seek independent legal advice before proceeding. These Terms are written in English and, in the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text.

177det reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the 177det Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 177det.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 177det platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 177det operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any games or betting markets.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for the individual player.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or close family member of any employee of 177det or any of its associated service providers.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All bets and deposits must be made using funds that belong to you personally.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether with 177det directly or with any other gambling operator — that remains active at the time of registration.

177det operates robust age verification procedures. At any point during your use of the platform, we may request documentation to verify your age, identity, or the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account restriction until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on 177det, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 177det account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, 177det reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 177det will never request your password through any communication channel. You should notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. Any activity conducted via your account prior to notification of a security breach remains your responsibility.

177det implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by 177det. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 177det are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 177det account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. 177det does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your mobile money provider may apply its own transfer charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (amount may vary by payment method and promotion).
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• If a deposit is credited in error, you are obligated to notify 177det support immediately. Use of erroneously credited funds is prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and, where applicable, satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 177det does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Processing time for verified accounts: 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad; up to 1 hour for Rocket and Upay; up to 3 business days for Visa and Mastercard.
• 177det reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above.
• Chargebacks initiated against legitimate 177det transactions constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

177det offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published for each individual promotion. The following general provisions apply to all 177det promotional offers unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with 177det.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum bet size, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and bonus expiry period are stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active per account at a time, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from completing the wagering requirements can be withdrawn, up to any stated maximum withdrawal limit for that promotion.
• 177det reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any active wagering requirement period will be permitted to run to its natural expiry.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, arbitrage betting, low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, use of multiple accounts, and coordinated exploitation of offer structures — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 177det platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under 18 years of age or registering on behalf of a minor.
• Operating more than one player account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker rooms, or any multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing errors in the sportsbook. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price or malfunction may be voided by 177det.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 177det as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 177det support staff or other players.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits.

7 Account Closure

You may request to close your 177det account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any available balance. Once an account closure request is processed, any remaining balance will be returned to the payment method on file subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal verification process. Accounts closed at player request may be reopened by contacting support, subject to a standard cooling-off period of 72 hours.

If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel that your gambling is no longer within your control — please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for information about self-exclusion. Self-exclusion closures are treated differently from standard account closures and carry a mandatory minimum exclusion period.

177det reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• 177det has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime involving the account.
• Regulatory, legal, or technical requirements necessitate the closure of the account.

Where an account is closed by 177det due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons not related to player misconduct, the balance will be returned to the player following completion of the standard verification process.

8 Liability & Disputes

177det provides its platform on an "as available" basis. Whilst we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, that game results will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. 177det shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any temporary unavailability of the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome or the crediting of funds, 177det reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state. Settlement decisions made by 177det in good faith on the basis of available information are final.

If you believe that a game result, bet settlement, withdrawal, or any other action taken by 177det is incorrect, you should contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised more than 30 days after the event in question will not be considered. Our support team will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

177det's decision on any dispute, made after a thorough internal review, shall be final and binding. These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed in accordance with general principles of fair play and responsible gaming as understood in the international online gaming industry.
